The NLA Group is recruiting a Site Director in Quincy Jr. High School ($30K - $36K) for the Experience Education Project, a 21st Century Learning Center Project. The person hired would oversee tutors and volunteers to provide a minimum of 20 hours of extended day programming wkly, including holiday and summer program hours, providing tutorial support and remedial and enrichment activities for struggling learners and all students in math, reading, and critical thinking. The position would work in Quincy Jr High working closely with staff and administrators. Work Study Tutors, & Administrative Assistants
NLA hires College Work Study Students as Tutors, Lead Tutors and Administrative Assistants for middle school and high school students in a one-on one or small group setting. Tutors will assist the students in various academic areas of reading, writing, math, science, biology, chemistry, language arts, and other academic subjects based on students’ needs. Pay Ranges from $7.50 – $12.00 per hour. Training to be a Tutor is provided.
