Planning for Programs of College Outreach
NLA can consult with school districts to design effective programs of college outreach for middle or high school students. College outreach components include age/grade appropriate planning activities (portfolios) administered both in-school and after school, mentoring and tutoring using college students and other adults, structured after school programs, field trips to cultural events and college campuses. Programs can also be designed to help parents participate in planning activities with their children.
