We have learned how to change our lives for the better. We don’t have to continue working in the orchards. We know hard our parents worked but now we know we can have a better life for ourselves and our families through higher education.
The Learning and Achievement Center (El Centro de Aprendizaje y Dessarrollo) serves as NLA’s headquarters as well as a community technology center in downtown Wapato, WA.
NLA is closely affiliated with the Wapato Lions Club, Mexico in Wapato Program, and the Wapato Chamber of Commerce.
